We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Oldtimers Hockey Club Store. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Custom Printed Items
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-printed merchandise:
We do not offer refunds on custom-printed items Exchanges are only available for defective products Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt Photos of the defect must be provided before an exchange is authorized
Non-Customized Items
For non-customized merchandise:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase Item must be unused and in original packaging Original receipt or proof of purchase required Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange Process for Defective Items
Contact us at dave@escmi.com with photos of the defective item Include your order number and description of the defect Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label Replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the defective item
Shipping Costs
For defective items, we cover return shipping costs. For non-defective returns of non-customized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
